Netcore helped them introduce a built-in lead generation form in the email, allowing users to engage right from the inbox. Eliminating website redirects reduced user drop-offs and boosted referral submissions.
ACT Fibernet leveraged Netcore’s AI engine ‘Raman’ and adopted Send Time Optimization (STO). They refined the delivery-sending process with preferred timings, so that users received emails when they were most likely to engage with them. STO resulted in an impressive increase in user interaction.
