To streamline customer communication, TVS Credit turned to Netcore Cloud’s AI engine, Raman. By leveraging AI-powered channel prediction, they could precisely target customers with personalized communication that resonated across multiple touchpoints.
This data-driven approach not only improved engagement by orchestrating seamless multi-channel journeys but also ensured TVS Credit maximized efficiency, directing resources to the most effective channels.
TVS Credit aimed to increase user engagement, especially during key festive periods. By utilizing Netcore Cloud’s advanced push notification features, they were able to deliver highly targeted and visually compelling offers for Personal and Consumer Durable Loans around festivals like Pongal and Republic Day.
After successfully engaging users through personalized communication and advanced push notifications, TVS Credit aimed to take the next step: guiding users who had clicked on notifications and landed in the app to adopt key features. To achieve this, they utilized Netcore Cloud’s Product Experience Platform to introduce contextual in-app nudges, such as tooltips, spotlights, and banners, which provided real-time guidance at critical moments in the user journey.
