At Netcore Cloud, safeguarding customer data and maintaining the highest standards of

As part of our continuous monitoring and engagement with the security research community, our team was responsibly notified about a configuration issue related to our Pepipost (Email API) product hosted in India. No other Netcore products or platforms — including Customer Engagement (Smartech), CPAAS (SMS, WhatsApp,RCS) and Product Experience (PX) — were impacted or exposed in any manner.
Following standard security protocols, the affected resource was promptly secured, access credentials rotated, and configurations corrected.
Comprehensive internal and independent assurance reviews confirmed no evidence of data exfiltration, misuse or compromise.

As part of our corrective, preventive and assurance-led approach, Netcore Cloud:
- Isolated and revoked access to the exposed environment.

- Deployed continuous configuration and compliance monitoring to prevent similar occurrences.
All reviews confirmed that customer-facing systems remained secure throughout, and that
there was no indication of external exploitation or data misuse.
