SOTC wanted to go beyond generic creatives and explore interactive messaging to increase customer engagement. Another primary objective was to reactivate dormant customers by offering them exciting interaction opportunities within emails.
Primary challenges:
Netcore worked with SOTC to execute a re-engagement AMP email series for their inactive customers. The series deployed AMP components to gamify the emails with interactive quizzes. In parallel, SOTC also leveled up the email messaging with enticing subject lines and relevant storylines as guided by Netcore. The emails drove customers to open, engage, and click on the nudge to make a travel booking.
SOTC also consulted Netcore for AI-led segmentation and deliverability best practices. Implementing them made SOTC’s email campaigns highly effective in reactivating dormant users and converting a high percentage of opens to clicks.
