Netcore customer redBus named as a finalist at the prestigious 2022 MediaPost EIS awards

We’re thrilled that redBus is recognized for their creativity and courageous approach to innovation in email marketing. In this blog, we take you behind-the-scenes of this exceptional email campaign that impressed the Jury of the global email excellence award: MediaPost’s EIS awards 2022.

The combination of creativity and innovation that set the campaign apart.

redBus has booked over 220+ million trips via its website and mobile app and serves over 36 million customers in India and beyond. They deliver exceptional experiences across all customer touchpoints and are always eager to learn more about their customers’ preferences and desires.

They wanted to evaluate their own ongoing services and their customer preferences. They also wanted insights into their user’s awareness of the brand’s key features, and which add-ons their users were most interested in. So they mounted a cross-channel initiative that would optimize their communications programs.

redBus partnered with Netcore and developed a series of surveys powered by AMP emails that enabled users to enter key data points right there inside the email. These interactive, AMP emails were highly innovative. They made the experience more engaging, and worthwhile. Drop-offs reduced. Especially because there were no redirects to the website (to fill in form data).

Not only did this extraordinary AMP email campaign make its mark, but it also generated an 11.3x lift in survey response rates.
